One thing that is often forgotten by the busy wedding planning couple is providing convenient, and AFFORDABLE suggestions to their out of town wedding guests.

Things to consider when putting a list of nearby places to stay for your wedding guests:

1. Try to choose Hotels, or Motels that are nearby to the wedding location. Some wedding venues even offer guest accommodations:

2. Will some guests be traveling with their beloved pet(s)? Some Motel chains are pet friendly, consider these places for those who won't go anywhere without Fido, or Fluffy.

3. Last but not least, consider price per night: Your out of town guests will already be putting out some expense on travel. Try to help them by calling places to stay, and ask them if they will offer your out of town guests a special GROUP RATE. Some are willing to to this if there's the potential for them to fill several rooms thanks to your referral.
